#Progress - #11weeks out 

It was really hard for me to take pics. I actually have been hesitating to do so because my progress was stalled for various reasons. 

1. I have a bad reaction whenever I eat #soy even if it is #organic. As a #vegan #bodybuilder, soy was the easiest way to get my #macros in order but it messed with my body. 

2. I gained 4 lbs in 3 weeks due to the soy and I am #bloated. 

3. My abs were way more cut 4 weeks ago. 

4. Injured my knee and have barely been able to workout for 2 weeks. 

For these reasons, I legitimately fell off the wheel and am nowhere where I need to be to be comp ready. But this is why I never ascribe to the hashtag #noexcuses. Life happens and you have to adjust. 

My amazing Competition Coach Lori at @allnaturalhealthandfitness changed my meal plan and made it #soyfree. And, I need to track my progress. I also want to demystify vegan comp prepping.

I have been vegan for 15-16 years. I became #vegetarian about 20-21 years ago at age 9-10. 

I love having a #plantbased #diet and living #meatfree. 

I love seeing what my body can do. 

So here is to being #real. 

In 11 weeks, my body will be transformed. 

It is one day at a time with #hardwork, #determination, #healthy #eating and #exercise. 

Let’s get it, #fitfam!
